I don't think anything requires explanation there.
One thing that might take people by surprise is the shotgun bug. I fixed a bug that meant that the first bullet out of a shotgun was the only one doing damage (shotguns fire multiple bullets). This means that if anyone made a shotgun SWEP they probably adjusted the damage on it to counter this bug. Which means now it'll be doing way too much damage.
So long story short, some shotgun SWEPs might be doing too much damage now.
