Also letting them finish making renegade 2, Continuum and Tiberian Incursion(which looked good).

Formerly Costmod, this is a compilation balanced mod for the C&C games from C&C to C&C Generals Zero Hour, excluding C&C Renegade and C&C Sole Surviror. All changes and instructions are in the readme file.
