The story is set in Tokyo 2039. After the spread of a pandemic virus by the Apocalypse Virus ten years ago, Japan is under the control of a multinational organization called GHQ. Ouma Shu is a seventeen who has a psychic power in his right hand, thanks to which it can use "Ability of King" to extract tools or weapons from his friends. Initially, he tried not to get caught by the problems, but his life changes when he meets a girl named Yuzuriha Inori, a member of the resistance movement called "Undertaker", whose members pilot robots to fight against the government.
