Wastelands is a futuristic 2D top-down racing game where players compete in a ruins of an abandoned city. Players can unlock upgrades and weapons and than use them in the story-driven single-player campaign as well as on the multi-player maps.

Hi IndieDB community,

we have some technical updates for you, as well as some about the team. First of all we have finally finished the built-in cut-scene player. With that being said, our writer came up with the basic script and even though it will be modified in the future for sure, there are already some pretty great twists waiting for you.

Our team is also going to participate in the Game Jam PRAGUE 2012, part of the
international competition Global Game Jam. The goal is to make a full game (including
coding, graphics, sound etc.) in 48 hours. Wish us luck!
