better guns mod file - Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines

This is a pretty straight forward mod i cooked up pretty quickly while figuring out stuff for a different mod i'm working on.

i had read about some issues other similar mods had and so i tried to keep this mod from retreading those issues.

all the guns have been given a base damage. ranged weapon skill only improves your accuracy and accuracy recovery now. i also tried to make sure that vampires are still resistant to guns, but end game guns need quite a bit of damage soak to get around them.

i didn't spend a whole bunch of time adjusting accuracy. but i did try to improve pistol accuracy over all.

i also gave the rifle's a 5 round capacity. the reload animation is silly but... whatever.

i think i spent like... four hours on this. so... i tested it out against general cops, club glaze and the society. i think it works about right. if you notice anything hilariously wrong, you can post the issue. maybe i can fix it.
