Yes, this addon definitely refreshes the game, now I am happy to go through Santa Monica, usually I tried to go through it quickly

Beautiful effects but I'm afraid it costs 15-20 fps drops during mist period if you are moving around.
Edit: Just to be sure I've removed ENB + SweetFX to try it out again. This time fps drops was 5-10, nothing like previous but small stutter is still there.

Is there any way to minimize the fog a little? it really brightens the place up a lot
Confront the modded files with the backup ones (I've only modified the rate and radius sections), experiment a little with the numbers....
