It's 2014, and the soldier of the future returns to encounter a new and more imminent threat along the recently completed wall on the US/Mexico border. The Ghosts are more powerful with an upgraded Integrated Warfighter System, but will have only 72 hours to assess the threat and stop the rebels from reaching U.S. soil. With a border that's 1,900 miles long and an enemy that doesn't play by the rules, this is a job for the U.S. military's most elite fighting unit.

v2.05.ots Additions - added the gripPatch to this so there's no need to download that file if you are grabbing this one. This is basically the same mod as v2.05 except that it plays in 3rd person, over the shoulder mode. There are some limitations to this method, but it was kind of a fun alternative to first person so I thought I’d give it a shot. Getting a good camera that works with every angle is extremely difficult to mod in. I provided 3 camera angles which you can switch by copying the corresponding camera_settings.xml into the local bp_weapons_pack_v2.05.ots settings directory. The default is medium.

whats new in here??
Nothing really new in content. Just allows you to play in 3rd person view with the mod. Oh wait...nope, it's the same. I think I wrote that in the description somewhere.
I really enjoyed this mod. The best of the weapon pack with third person is something i have really wanted for a long time with GRAW 2.
I have however, discovered a very annoying problem where it does not allow you to plant C4 charges on any artillery peices thoughout the whole game!

Glad you like it. Yes, the C4 planting is a pain now, try the back corner of ADATs, then look up. I am aware of it but forgot to mention it in the readme and not sure it can be fixed.
this mod is one of the best mods for GRAW2 ;)
how do you keep the original GRAW unit models so i could just use the OTS 3rd person view?
There is an acuPatch which will put the original unifroms back minus the helmets.
whenever i play while itsl oading it crashes

Your install isn't reading the mod properly. You can try a few things to get it working which may or may not have any effect.
1. if you have a local/english dir, try renaming or deleting it. (strange but sometimes works)
2. try the un-bundled version (usually works for people with issues)
3. if you're on vista, there's a method to delete xmb(complied game) files, which can cause problems:

By the way, great mod! If you can make more ghosts to enter the game, that would be great! Ex: 6 ghosts instead of only 4
