Alex and Hayes have been working hard to add new content to SOL, but it's not an easy process. Each sprite that is made has to be incorporated into the game in a unique way. After all that is done, we have to fix, balance and test the content before giving it to you.
Once the basics are done and it gets working, I need to create sound and music for it. We've taken a while releasing new content since we're preparing for a launch of the demo, but to bid you over, here's a nearly complete menu with sound and music.
We're still accepting all your input so feel free to send any feedback in and we'll take it to heart. Thanks guys!
I think the GUI looks nice, it's a really cool effect the windows appear with. The background feels a bit off though and I don't know exactly why. Maybe it's too chaotic with rubble going in many different directions and that the pieces have different colors. Or it could be the contrast in colors between the rubble and the galaxies/stars. Hm and yeah, if you could blur the rubble to bring it out of focus that would make it a lot better I think, but I realize that might not be so easy to do. You asked for it so I hope it helps :)
Thank you so much for your contribution! We will take it in consideration! :)
Wow that looks amazing! Can't wait to see this game in action. <3
I love the music ! I don't generally pay for indie games but after seeing all screens and video, I'm definitly buying this one !
Thank you very much for your kind support :)!
