Echo Six into USS Delta Team addon - Resident Evil Operation Racoon City

Changes the Echo Six Characters models to USS Delta Team Characters models, anything else keeps the same (voices, portraits, etc.).

Just unpack the dlc folder on your REORC installation folder, select to overwrite and thats it.
If you want to revert to vanilla, just rename the characters - Vanilla.swb2 to characters.swb2 and put the file on characters folder inside pack1 folder that is inside of the dlc folder on your REORC Installation place.

Here's what who change to who:

Dee-Ay => Vector
Tweed => Lupo
Willow => Foureyes
Harley = Beltway
Party Girl => Bertha
Sh Spectre
