Each turn players hire employees to abuse with various policies and tools with the goal of squeezing the most productivity out of them while minimizing the productivity of their opponent's employees. Steal, ahem, I mean, complete more contracts than any other player at the end of the Financial Period and you've proved yourself worthy!
