Patient Zero: Day One is a top down infect-em-up where you must infect as many victims as possible to stop your timer running out, but you must then compete with the infected for more victims. You can earn toxins from infecting which can be spent on different zombie skins and Mutations - which change your abilities to aim for higher infection streaks.
