Overgrowth takes place in the savage world of Lugaru where rabbits, wolves and other animals are forced to use paws, claws and medieval weaponry to engage each other in battle. Combining 3rd person adventure platforming with intricate melee combat, Overgrowth achieves a unique feel. Overgrowth also benefits from Wolfire's brand new Phoenix Engine which has been built from the ground up to allow the use of cutting edge graphics, animation, and physics. Add to these exciting features Overgrowth’s realistic artificial intelligence and streamlined control system and the result is an astoundingly immersive experience.

Matteo from Ragdoll Software just released his awesome new game Rubber Ninjas. He made an Overgrowth themed mod! Video inside.

Hey guys, we just wanted to give a shout out to Matteo at Ragdoll Software and his awesome new game Rubber Ninjas. For those of you who don't know, rubber ninjas is a ragdoll fighting game (similar to Matteo's older game Ragdoll Masters) that takes place in a zero gravity environment. Your objective is to maneuver your center of mass in such a way that you swing your hard appendages (fists and feet) into your enemy's weak spots (head and stomach) while he tries to do the same to you.

Not only has Matteo just released a PC version of the game, but he also unveiled a special Overgrowth mod where you get to fight as a ninja rabbit with a bo staff. Check it out below:

There are free Mac and PC demos available on the Rubber Ninjas site so definitely give it a try.

This is now our third indie team up. If you are a game developer with a cool cross promotion idea, please contact us. Incorporating ninja rabbits is a great way to win us over.

Ragdoll Masters is great but this looks... I don't know. Kinda same, with 3d graphics and annoying rotating camera. x.x

Mmm, looks like more rag dolls than ninjas XD. Don´t move realistic indeed, but well in the last part of one of these models lost a hand... wha...? the game will add something like this? ·__.ll so that game will more like a gore style in the combats... more like Mortal Kombat? Noooh! T^T I hate the gore!
