Hello everyone!

This is our inaugural post for 'Nau do Trato: The Influence of Anjin,' and we're excited to announce that development for this game begins today! We've carefully selected key moments from the Shōgun TV show to recreate within our game.

This game is going to be a 2D, Pixel Art, Action and Adventure game, being developed in GB Studio.

Toranaga speaks about the new arrangement of the seats where the other four regents are positioned in front of him, as if he is being judged, and he is reminded of the peace agreement that must be upheld until the heir reaches adulthood. They accuse Toranaga of forming an alliance that has contributed to doubling the size of his domain, which goes against the council of regents' ideas. They then decide to remove Toranaga from the council unless he hands over Lady Ochiba.

Tadayoshi rebels against the way his lord is being treated, and faced with the shame of his interruption, he commits to committing seppuku and ending his family lineage. The host does not accept the apologies and states that this behavior is typical of Toranaga's clan.

Toranaga has a second conversation with the pilot, and Mariko facilitates communication between them by translating the conversation.

Toranaga wants to know about the pilot's country and customs, but the pilot only says that he is not an enemy and that his queen offers her friendship.

Toranaga asks him to draw the map of the world as he knows it. The pilot draws and indicates the location of Japan and England and explains the route he took, through the Strait of Magellan, a secret among Portuguese and Spanish to avoid the port of Macau, which is controlled by Japanese mercenaries (Ronin), once against Taiko.

Toranaga asks the pilot to indicate the location of the Portuguese bases, and the pilot explains how the world is divided between Portugal and Spain, claiming all non-Catholic territories, replacing them with their own leaders.

Blackthorne tells him that his goal in Japan is to defeat common enemies.

During the night, an assassin appears who later reveals herself to be Kaio (a household servant) who kills several people, but upon entering the room where Blackthorne was supposed to be, she receives a fatal blow from Toranaga. Blackthorne appears to help, and Toranaga reveals that the assassin was not looking for him but for Blackthorne, who had switched rooms with Toranaga.
