The game was originally dead, but seeing as how some people actually want it, it may be continued; if a team can be assembled. I'm a lead modeler/animator and a mapper for the mod Urban Wars. for this mod the team will need at least a coder and texture artist to get started. My maps are usually of very poor quality and I'm not a good human modeler, so those will be needed either now or later on. I can however model weapons and vehicles as well as animate them.
If this mod does get started, I've got a question for any followers. Which would you prefer, first person or third person?
Third person for PSP. Everyone likes first person games, I know. But the PSP really isn't made for that kind of action.
its good that you guys have started again. Me personaly i would prefer third person. I would help but i know crap all apart from blender (which im probaly only an ameture at)

I'd consider 14 fans a lot, considering the fact all I've made is one car model :)
I'm a fan of first person myself, but I think Mercenaries fits third best. And both would be a lot of work, we'd have to make two of each weapon. two poly levels. First would be difficult to play considering how much action is happening at once, but third requires an "animation blending" feature.
