Seriously, can anybody help translate or just tell me what to do?...
After I met the Soviet Commissar, which I couldn't understand what the hell he was saying, there was this console but I couldn't use it. What's more is that this console is what I think the Commissar was talking about. Then, I went outside rampaged until I died by a PPSH.
WHAT DO I DO???

Unfortunately, I killed everyone myself. Still, mission no complete. So, the steps you gave were helpfully non-helpful.
