Hi all, Sean here, trying to post news on IndieDB more.
In the previous week, Jon and I went to IndieCade east to present a short demo of Even the Ocean. It's not something I want to release publicly but it did give us some feedback on some of the entities in the game, which was nice.
In the previous month Jon has done some new art as well. We also learned that Tiling Is Hard int his sort of game and takes a lot of time, thankfully we're worrying about finishing the levels first, before applying art.
Here's a picture of a side-ways growing tree in one of our areas in the game. This is part of a Nature Area, which is an area that focuses more on open exploration rather than shorter, confined, narrow designed paths. There are many more of these areas in the game.
