I've put this in the Textures folder but the model hasn't changed, does it have to be renamed?

First you'll need to extract the zip file, then:

Place multiplayer.mds into /System directory (backup original if u want)
Place DukeFix.Dtx into /Textures directory

You can then select this skin in the multiplayer menu.

A cool side effect of making the duke model available as a multiplayer model is that the texture changes apply the single player model. This can even be done on the fly in the pause menu whilst in-game. This means that with a bit of messing about you could create custom skins ala GTA VC.

I changed my model to something else by accident and couldn't easily recover the creepy Duke model, so this did the trick! Minus the lack of gloves, the texturing is a step up.

Although the weapon world models no longer show up in the mirror when this model is selected, so there might be another issue.
