After many iterations, we finally got the end of round reward system in full swing! We first started out with "bone banners". Dinosaur bones would fly onto the screen, each with text and icons displaying various options. However, because bones are bigger on the ends, it left a lot of space between the banners. This looked very odd, and pulled attention away from them.
We finally decided to go with eggs in an nest...and WOW am I happy with the results! This stressed the importance of iteration while working closely with your artist.
