Item modifications:
New Runewords (almost 1:1 converted from 1.1x)
New Unique Items (almost 1:1 converted from 1.1x + some made of my own)
Improved Set-Items concerning Resistances (1.1x Feature) and some new as well
There are now enchanted Arrows and Bolts available
Charms can spawn Rare and Unique as well
Monster body parts used as charms with their own modifier pool
The extra large (1x4) Hellcharms are most likely to have the best modifier and some even spawn a socket...
New Runes and Gems (changed their textcolors for better visibility on screen)
Runes also have a much more fair chance to drop
Gems have higher variants (Nightmare and Hell) as well as a "growing" (Clvl-based) variant.
The "Spellbook" and the single skill-scrolls (works like charms) which can be put inside increases specific skills
Weaponoils and Elixirs can be used to improve your weapons or to improve the outcome of crafting-recipes
Elixirs of Ascension/Elixirs of Descension can Upgrade/Downgrade single Gems and Runes
"Imbue-Scrolls" can give your weapon and armor a chance-cast effect of choice
"Magic Scrolls" can contain Skills of every Class (even Monster) and can be used by anyone
New Modifier (Pre and Suffix) for magic items, some only had to be enabled.
Rares can inherit the highest modifier (Pre or Suffix) now
New (classspecific) Amulets and Rings which can be even more powerful than the normal ones
Bigger Areas and Level, more Enemies and a new big Dungeon (with its own Waypoint) housing some new foes...
Added old/new monsters (some from D1, some just enabled like the Quillbear and the Trap-Chest in Durance of Hate)
Monster in Nightmare have 50% better AC, deal 25% more Damage and have 10% higher Resistances
Monster in Hell are 50% more powerful and have 100% better AC and have 20% higher Resistances
The experience-loss in Nightmare and Hell is disabled.
Bigger Inventory, (almost) infinite Stash-Space (thx to Yohann Nicolas) and bigger Horadric-Cube.
Sorceress can cast Thunder storm and Teleport in town.
Its possible to gamble class-specific items, Charms and Jewels
In Nightmare and Hell-Difficulty it is possible to get up to 2 good Items from a single drop

Act1: Fog-Theme; Rogue Camp is a little foggy now (to fit the fog-theme)
Act1: Treasure-Caves are 4 times bigger. (2 of 5 finished)

Used Deathfiles's DLL package (all of it) and modified its d2game.dll to allow up to 9 item drops
and eliminate the chancecast bug.
