Mod files rescued from Atomic Network backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Original Description/Intro:
A modification of Civilization II based on the writings of JRR Tolkien,
with tribes, cities, terrain, advances, improvements, wonders and units altered
to match. Atmospheric sound files are available in a separate download.
One can either conquer the world with powerful ancient/magical units, or take
the peoples of Arda into the modern age (with some new units then as well!)
Changes from previous version:
* Units re-ordered, adjustments to abilities of several modern units
* New Wizard unit with multiple special abilities
* Chariot relaced by stronger War Wain unit
* Sound files for magical & new modern units
* New Spy and Fighter icons
* More new improvement & wonder icons
* Modern wonders relabelled to remove real-world proper noun references
* Leader names for Goblins & Yrchs changed
* Changes to advice & pedia text
* Diplomatic dialogue changed to remove repetitive poetic quotations
* 4 scenarios included (3 Tolkien-based, 1 modern).
