Asiento Scenario (MGE) file - Civilization II

About:
A Colonization era scenario set during the Spanish succession war by Prometeus.

Mod files downloaded from Scenario League and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.
