Braid is a puzzle-platformer, drawn in a painterly style, where you can manipulate the flow of time in strange and unusual ways. From a house in the city, journey to a series of worlds and solve puzzles to rescue an abducted princess. In each world, you have a different power to affect the way time behaves, and it is time's strangeness that creates the puzzles.
“Braid: More Now Than Ever" is a further exploration of Braid's fascinating time-manipulation, bringing together a curated compilation of the most surprising, cunning, and elegant puzzles from multiple fan mods (“After the Epilogue”, “Silverbraid”, “Stone”, and “Tim's Modysee”), plus many completely original levels! All-new writing continues the story of Tim and the Princess, paying homage to Braid’s complex structure and themes while also introducing fresh images and new directions. To top it off, remixed art and music create a distinct atmosphere.
Of particular interest to Braid connoisseurs are the puzzles in world 4 (who doesn't love those incredible, fascinating clouds!!) and world 6 (where I have a ton of fun playing with different ring slow-mo values that speed up time, stop it entirely, or put it into reverse, plus the combination of multiple time abilities from all the different worlds). The final level is also well worth seeing.
