This is the final version of the demo, where you can play the first two levels of the sewers in their entirety.
Warning: This game deals with a lot of adult orientated themes.
"A Demon's Game" is an attempt at recreating atmospheric horror in it's best form.
The game is meant to be taken slow. Explore, discover and immerse yourself in the story line of the game.
The game automatically adapts to the things you do, there is also multiple ways of exit in some levels.
Controls:
WASD- Movement
Spacebar- Jump
E- Use
C- Crouch
F- Flashlight
Change log:
General changes:
-You can now restart the level immediately if you if you die! REJOICE CHILDREN YOU DID IT!
-Flashlight's position has been moved slightly to the right, and it's now a bit more dynamic with the mouse's movement.
-There is now a short fade in effect at the start of every level.
-Fixed a collision issue that caused the player to get caught in the physics of the level and subsequently die because of it.
-The notes, HUD and all of the text in game has been re-programmed completely, it now scales accordingly to your monitor's display settings, no more text going off the notes, or anything of the like.
-Reduced the player's jump force from 1.9 to 1.5
-Added in a flashlight to the HUD, no more "Is the green bar my flashlight?"
Main menu:
-Completely changed the main menu scene.
-Added in new event if you wait 15 seconds. (It's the only even thus far on the main menu)
Sewer_1 Changes:
-Optimized the game extremely, changed shadow settings and shaders.
-Fixed the issue causing notes text not displaying correctly.
-Added restart button to the level.
-Modified Wade's note so it displays the map with indication on where to go.
-Added objective markers to every note, every valve and the exit door when the objective requirement has been met.
-Added in an "Exit" sign and a light indicator so the player knows what door he's trying to open exactly.
-Added in more lighting.
-Fixed the "white lines" in the sewer corridors.
Sewer_2 Changes:
-Optimized the game extremely, changed shadow settings and shaders.
-Fixed the issue causing notes text not displaying correctly.
-Added a restart option if the player dies.
-Fixed an issue with the flickering lights still showing up when all of the lights are supposed to go off.
-Added in objective markers to every note, every main interaction and the exits depending on which one the player chose to go through.
-Fixed the "white lines" in the sewer corridors.
-Added collision to the boxes floating in the water, you can now jump on them.
-Improved monster path finding.
-Fixed a glitch that caused the lights to "shake".
