Here we are with «There Is No Light» — Action RPG in a dark post-apocalyptic setting, which tells one a story of a fallen civilization living underground, its appalling religious rituals and a protagonist going up against this world.

  • Engage with the world your own way — the game doesn’t impose what and how to do it, so the player can navigate the world freely. You can also skip all the dialogues if you’re not really into reading :)
  • There are several types of weapons, which you can change on the fly and pick a fighting style suitable just for you.
  • Each time you damage an enemy or destroy an environment, you accumulate a rage scale that allows you to use a special ability of a weapon. Each ability is unique.
  • The world changes according to your deeds and decisions — it’s up to you what it’ll look like!

If you’re into high-quality pixel art, aggressive combat system and non-linear games, then you can check out «There Is No Light» Steam page: Store.steampowered.com

We’d be happy to answer any questions related to the game, so feel free to ask!

Btw, we’ve just updated a steam blog today, and the release is not so far off — wishlist the game if you don’t want to miss it!

Hey AlinaHypeTrain , There Is No Light looks great! Really digging the artstyle.

Would recommend creating a profile for the game here - Indiedb.com

Will only take a couple minutes to setup since the game already has a steam page (just pulls all the info and assets from Steam). You can use the profile to share development blogs and news updates, which we can then feature in our headlines section on the front page of the site and across our social channels too!

If you need any help setting up the profile feel free to message me, happy to help :) and best of luck with the game's development and release!
