2D Character Artist Needed. +Front-End Technology Thread

Hey all,

I'm an employed fullstack .net engineer for a financial technology company. With my free time, I like to work on personal projects. Currently, I'm working on a medieval web game. Not too heavy in graphics.

What I've completed already:

Stood up sql server and sql database.

Developed api to be consumed by game using OAuth2

Developed class library to send requests to api and receive responses from api.

What I need:

A 2d character artist who can also create UI art.

Experience with front end technologies a plus.(html5, css3, JavaScript, JQuery)

The game is an asp.net mvc project. If you don't have any experience in using razor for .cshtml files, it's not a problem. I can handle the code. A little help with design and making the web game mobile friendly would be appreciated. I can do it, I just hate front-end.
