Here is a modification that will replace Doherty Garage, and change it into a Xoomer Gas Station.

Download IMG Tool 2, that you'll find here:
www.gta-downloads.com/pafiledb.php?action=file&id=2484
Once you have downloaded the IMG Tool, open it and
replace "oldgarage_sfse.txd" with the one in rar archive.
