It's up on top of Dive Rock. Type in "dive rock location" minus quotes, into Goggle then go to the images section.

i have no idea how to download it. do i press download with the mirror? im new to this
Yes, you would want to use the mirror, however, it will take you through some other websites though. So if you want to avoid all of the confusion, just make a ModDB account. Then click "download now" then "download WhiteWyndHall.zip" and press "save file". Hope that helped :)
