A new quest in Paris.This medium lenght quest side quest is given by the prince after he grants you permission to stay in the city.(thanks Avadonica) A new short quest on Berlin, a murder investigation, is given when you arrive to the crime scene. The whole content of this mod will be 118 maps, 198 talking NPCs, 17 bosses and about 300 new props designed for the era, like cars,trucks, tanks, etc... Bug fix and improves: Added visual stuff on Portsmouth hub, warehouse, Old mill, officer house, train, Berlin and Nazi base. Lowered Murphy's Law, and Massage Paris ambient music. Nahzerez frozen darkness aura fades when is defeated. You can't kill Akibeel and bring the relics to Beckett

This mod is a total conversion... not a change over vanilla version, so is incompatible with others mods... even the place is not Los Angeles.

You need to install it in your 'Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines' folder...
which version of up does this use? it seems the installer does not install the up so its kinda buggy if i try to play it like that, it does work if i manually install up, but then probably i am not using the correct version and i have some bugs (like in shadows).
It's another version of the game, so you can use whatever UP for your game, but you need to have the mod loader. This thing is easy to find(the mod loader has in any latest versions UP): it makes another folder in your "Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines" folder for mod that no disrupts you play in vanilla game and mod will be started from a separate label in your computer. I hope it'll help you...

Hi, I'm having an issue that prevents me from playing the mod at all. Every time I create the character and try to begin the game, it will crash and the following error will appear: "A map change error. Not enough disk space on drive. Now the game exits." Suffice to say I have more than enough free memory on the drive. I don't know if I am the only one experiencing this or if there is a solution. Any help would be appreciated, I really want to try this mod.

hello tried to install on Windows 11 keep having "failed to Find steam", either running as administrator or not, but normal game runs ok

installed the game on the steam folder on C: (usually i don't install them there, but did it in this case), then installed the War Games, and overwrote the folders with the 5.2.3...
A new one was released a few day ago, the 5.3.0 (now with some hotfix and numbered 5.3.4)
I hope that works, otherwise the issue is with Windows 11 which is a problem yet to be faced. I will note it on the PlanetVampire forum ;)
Windows 11 should not be a problem. If you can install the newer patch and start a new game
Hello! Is there a way to skip the sire dialogue at the beginning? I get the dialogue option "I do not have a valid answer" and cannot proceed.
Did you installed the new patch? If yes, can you tell us which clan and dialogs lines did you used to reach that point?
I installed the latest patch 5.3.4 and i still have the same problem. I started clan Malkavian. During the first dialogue with the sire i chose 2-2-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 and then the next line is "I do not have a valid reply" and the the conversation resets. Afterward i chose 2-2-1-3-1-1-1-3-2-1 and moved towards the conversation with the Mary. Unfortunately after i use the only option 1 i get the same message and cannot continue. I hope I helped! :)

I asked, did some tests myself, but it seems to works (except for you).... Did you installed something else on top of the main mod with the new patch?
I was playing Version 4 and got almost to the end of the game. Then i installed V5. Since i got stuck i deleted the folder War_games and installed V5. It still did not work and I installed the patch. I got the same problem. Then i installed the game in a different folder and then the mod (not any other mods) and still got as far as the sire conversation. I installed the game again then the V4 and everything was ok. I did that all over again with V5 and the new patch and got stuck again. I even replaced the Sire.dlg from V4 to the V5 installation but after the end of the dialogue i cannot leave the house. Since you test it maybe there is something wrong with my pc. Thank you for your quick replies and efforts. The mod is exceptional and i have enjoyed all the previous Versions many times! :)
Let's start from the basics:
- computer OS
- any special configuration on the exe file (execute as admin, previous OS compability settings, etc.)
- if you have installed the UP (obviously without having merged files from the Unofficial_Patch folder to the War_Games one) and which one
- which version of the game do you have (GOG, Steam, disks, etc.)
I have windows 7 64bit SP1, GOG 2.1.0.8 , not run as admin or compatibility mode. The UP is the one that comes with the installation and i have not merged the folder with War games.

No problem! Thank you very much for the effort! I just found a way to bypass it! I started the game with the -console so i can use the console commands ingame and typed:" map UK ". Then with " giftxp "i matched my starting points and so far everything looks good!
I've Win7 but I've no GOG and all work is fine.
I guess you need to set up a separate version of the UP separately from the GOG version, and then this 5.0 mod with the current 5.3 patch.
That's all I can advise you to do.

If I understood correctly you have a steam issue. You should copy the steam.dll file from the Steam folder and paste it into the VTMB one (where vampire.exe is located)
It won't work, fresh install no other mods or patches I installed the mod, can't find steam.
You mean the installer can't find Steam? Have you tried to set manually the installation path?
In the case you installed it but the game doesn't recognize it try to install the latest UP. You don't have to merge files later, or keep the Unofficial_Patch folder, this procedure is only necessary to install some compability drivers only present in that installer....
