La Resistance: nerfed operative slots coming from tech ideas. Middleage and Pre-industrial now give 1 operative, Pre-modern and Modern give 2 operatives.

Once again fixed AI in peace deals. I seriously hope that AI Greenland and Sioux will finally annex Humsin.
Installation:
- Open <mod directory>/Cartoon Mod folder.
- Unpack the contents of .zip into that folder.
- Confirm changes.
- You're all set.
