This mod allow you to stay at 1HP.
For steam version:
Do a right click on your game and go to manage > explore game files
Then, a folder with game files will be displayed. Put the downloaded data.win file (the mod) in this folder.
WARNING: on the first fight against Flowey, dodge all petales three time to avoid a game over.
