The sound of weapons in the Vanilla game clearly have been taken from toy pistols. Lol, but is true! Now your immersion in battles will be greater with real musket fire exploding in your ears! In the Black Label version you also have new sounds of muskets, cannons and explosions.
* Font Size + 2 (English Language ONLY)
Larger and better text to see in widescreen resolution. Some of these texts from Vanilla have been edited to fit!! Better than the game's original font size! Several words corrected compared to previous versions!
* Napoleon Graphics Tweaked
All the improvements with new filters, rendered objects, bayonets and new flora. Now added a Smoke Mod with intense smoke in battles.
* No Tracers
Disable the shooting assistance (tracers) that shows bullets and cannons balls, which makes more realistic!
* New Flags - correct flags from 19th century (original creator)
All edited flags, new ones added by JFC work!
* War Flags (HD Version)
Added several war flags in superior quality.
* 20 Factions Enabled in Campaign Mode
Countless hours of gameplay added with 20 factions . All factions released in 1805 were tested without error.
Due to bugs, the Württemberg and Bavaria factions were cut off! France is not available in Grand Campaign because the game has an option in the "Napoleon's Campaign" mode.

No, It is an alternative to DarthMod. This mod only changes visual and sound aspects!
Hi, i'm having a great time with your mods on Empire and now Napoleon. I love the front end giving what was a very boring menu screen some life. I have two problems though.
1. Given this is Napoleon game you forgot to add France to the Grand Campaign :)
2. I cannot find any Night Battle pack, not had a night battle yet.

Does the custom games have fire by rank like darthmod?
No, Fire by Rank is a skill that in the 19th century becomes obsolete (despite being quite cool in Empire Total War). Not to mention that this qualification changes an aspect of Vanilla's AI that starts responding differently to your choices and disables you from accessing online matches normally on Napoleon.
Uuuuhhhhh, why does it say "exit to linux" when i downloaded the windows version?
My mistake, I'm sorry. As both versions were similar I lost the version I made for my Windows, basically what changes is only this output text from the game. If you don't mind ... Nothing else is affected.

Hi Phobos, try to delete "ultima_soundmod.pack" inside the data folder of your Napoleon Total War, and the original sound of the game will be returned... I believe that It is a problem related to the Windows OS, specifically, since here on Linux, the pack with sounds is loaded normally. Some recent system update may have disabled the power of the pack to load automatically on games like Napoleon Total War. Anyway thanks for reporting the bug!

AHA! Fixed it myself, this may or may not help you, but it's not a windows issue. I used to have it on my old laptop, but I recently got a new PC and I had the sound problem after installing it. I went back on my old laptop and uploaded the sound pack to my drive, and downloaded it here. Works just like it used to. Wouldn't that show that something is wrong with the file from the site?

yo to anyone on this thread, i've installed the mod multiple times and it's one of my favorites. currently the sound pack from the site is broken, and just makes the weapon fire silent. if anyone wants any help on downloading the mod, hit me up on discord jojomj#6150. i also have a working soundpack file that i can get you for those installing the mod late.

Yeah, it is really strange. What could have happened to the file on the site that caused it to stop working? The fact that my old soundpack works might mean maybe the file on the site was corrupted or something? I have no clue. I will be offering a working soundpack to anyone who messages me for the foreseeable future though, so I guess I've got you covered lol. Anyways, thank you for this mod.
i dont hear any sound my operation system is windows and when i extract in to the folder an start games any sound of musket and cannons
The effects pack files are already included in the environments pack. Also, yeah like others have said, sound doesn't work with the sound pack so don't use that. I recommend "NTW brutal war mod" or "chaos mod" in total war center or "weapon fx" here in moddb for audio since some NTWB/chaos audio doesn't fit with the animations.
This mod it looks nice but can you please work on it and add Monuments & Wonders like in the mod name Absolutum Dominium: Monuments & Wonders Pack,More gore not last and no fort and See the hole world like in the mod name ALEXTHESPANIARD you have to download mod_ALEXTHESPANIARD_-_9.Those two mods but away is for empire total war.Do you use winrar?I just do want to say when you download mod_ALEXTHESPANIARD_-_9 use winrar so you can click on this mod that you downloaded it go to mod main and early and take scripting.lua and but in the empire total war campaigns in main one and two and then you pop in and out the thing will pop out and click on replace the file in the destination click on it and after that go in to your game and check it out why why i rely like this mod that are one of my favorite mods.Thank you for everything.
