Tweaked Payne file

Tweaked Payne is a "mod" (really just modified game files, nothing special about it at all) that brings gameplay from the first game to second!

The changes are the following:

NPCs are more like in Max Payne 1 (so they have wayyyyy more health than usual, and also suck at aiming);

The player's health (both Max's and Mona's) has been decreased drastically, which makes the gameplay significantly harder;

The bullet speed has been decreased;

Bullet Time has been changed:

Bullet Time doesn't regenerate (it only increases when you kill an enemy);

The player can't move faster after killing an enemy;

The speed of Bullet Time is always the same and

shootdodging takes some of it.

Also, the weapon accuracy and ammo capacity were changed too.

I know, I know this is not a real mod. But it's a quick way for those who don't want to mess with the game files to modify the gameplay to be subjectively better. I am currently trying to figure out how to use MaxEd, the level creator/engine for Max Payne 1 & 2, and when I do, you can expect an actual mod.

Installation/removal:

Simply copy the "data" folder into your Max Payne 2 directory. To uninstall, just delete it.
