This is a brand new remake of the mod; it adds tons of new units, weapons and heroes from the old republic era!

very good mod but I need vehileces and more heroes there
I liked , only vehicles and for me .. this is great¡¡¡¡ Good Work
I have mixed feelings about this. I loved your original TOR mod, and I love this one. Your original one had more playable units, which I liked, but I love having heroes in your new version. The updated skins and graphics are great in this version as well. I just want to combine the great aspects of both together! These are probably my favorite mods out there tbh. Keep up the good work.

Do you really mean those two serious? ;)
They sound like some promotional set phrase we're used to from publishers, which always let us play ********-bingo on them, because they always overstate their promises, to get their products selling better ... do you really think, that we need this kind of promotion here on ModDB?
OK, your mod is relatively well known but there are other 'classic' mods (eg. BFX, Conversion Pack, Mass Effect: Unification and so on ...), which are much more popular, since they existed for a much longer period of time ... "one of the MOST POPULAR mods"? ... not yet.
OK, you reworked/overworked/remastered the whole mod (including all units and its gunplay) and you did in fact a pretty good job at it :)
... but have you actually ADDED "TONS OF new units, weapons"? ... no, you altered them.
As already stated: I like how you overhauled the mod and I liked it before as well as I still do, but I found it kinda inappropriate how you decriped this remaster of your mod ;)

All I said was that the old TOR mod was MY most popular mod, not the most popular out of all bf2 mods.
And yes, I HAVE ADDED TONS OF NEW THINGS, you have clearly no mod knowledge, that's why you can not understand all the work that I did.
Oh, by the way, I don't get money for this kind of stuff, so there would be no point on me writing misleading articles or whatever.

I love this platform and all the awesome projects which are available here ... including yours!
Now to the point:

But I noticed that you wrote "my" in the article you posted related to this remaster of your mod, so I'm sorry for not-reading this article before ...
But there's no need for devaluating my language skills due to your injured pride (for which I am sorry for as already stated) because I would say, that I am capable enough to understand most things, which are written in English ... and I think you are also able to judge those right according to my grammar and vocabulary ;)
There is no injured pride, it is just frustrating to see, after all the work that I put in to this, people saying that I have JUST ALTERED some things here and there and bitching about a simple phrase. And I do not care if you write "oh I liked the mod" in a 100 plus words comment of complaint.
I hope that comment made you feel better that day.

Actually, yes the TOR mod is one of the most popular (not the first one of course). But everybody know the old republic mod!

I said that it's of course well known, but it's in fact not one of the most popular (not even on other SWBFII modding sites like SWBFGamer and Gametoast) it's one of the better known ones indeed and of course a high quality one ... but no one of the most popular overall.

I've been an active gametoast user for more than a decade, that forum is the place where the old tor mod was born and where it was released on the first place. Dude, get out of here with your ********.
@Delta: I'm not sure if he was already playing swbf 2 when the mod was released some years ago, maybe that's the reason...?
OffTopic: I just miss the old republic sniper rifle model from the previous version (a cycler rifle i think?...I loved the idea of a loooong rifle :)

Nice Mod! Can you make this playable in the Galactic Conquest? would be really nice.
This is very high quality mod, very enjoyable. I do however, have two requests or rather suggestions. Firstly, BF1 map support, and secondly, Old Republic maps and vehicles to go along with this.
