General Fixes:
Fixed a frame 1 issue with ContractorMessageTime
Royal Coat Chain particles and Silver Ace over-head Chaff Particles no longer suffer from the updates to CreateParticleSystem
Fixed Plasma Grenades effecting every single prop in the map due to a missing distance check
Turned the Omission System to default to Off for newer players due to its finicky nature
All game commands now have default Key Binds for newer players
Hopefully fixed an issue caused by a frame 1 hitch upon loading to do with the SPARC screen space particle system
Added 1 new HEALTH Track that was missing from 0.464
Cosmic Realm darkness has been reduced
Cosmic Realm sharpness has been modified to provide more of a disconnected double vision rather than provide sharp edges
Gun Scanners and Claw Scanners no longer use custom explosion effects when being destroyed
Enemy Changes:
TEC-U Heavies and Exhumed spawns now try and trace upwards by 20 HU in iterations of 1 trying to find a good spawn position that suits the new bounding box
If a TEC-U Heavy fails to spawn, it will now set a new Forced Heavy bool to try and make the next combine a TEC-U Heavy, this system is already in place for Exhumed but I forgot to apply it to Heavies
Level Changes:
Added a clarification question/answer to the Abyss so the player knows they're just looping dialogue
Achievement Changes:
Mana Bursting at 200% now grants 3 instances of the Hidden Power achievement instead of only 1
Projectile Changes:
Techno Zombie laser attack when reflected now gains x10 damage instead of only x4 damage
Techno Zombie laser attack when reflected now gains +20% speed instead of only +10% speed
Techno Zombie laser attack when killing non-player characters now correctly launches their ragdolls back
Weapon Changes:
Demons Bane base damage upped from 14.5 to 15.5 (Primary Attack)
Demons Bane projectile count upped from 12 to 14 (Primary Attack)
Demons Bane penetration power reduced from 0.78 to 0.7 (Primary Attack)
Demons Banes primary attack felt a little close to the Cruentus, This change makes the Demons Banes primary attack one shot most basic enemies at mid/close range when aiming for center mass. Demons bane however has less Crowd Clearing potential compared to the Cruentus which has the superior Penetration damage multiplier, wider spread and semi-auto capabilities.
