This is the installer of the pre alpha version(0.3) of Tech level Mod for Zero Hour. This version lets you play on techlevel 10, 9 and 8 only. Full version coming soon.

I just tried this temporary version and I can see that the tech level does currently not count for the different generals, only the major powers (USA, China & GLA).
Hope this will apply for all factions in the game.
Too bad it doesn't serve as an adjuster in the Skirmish menu!
It's a brilliant modification though! And well worth the DL.

please help me i just want infantry war at level 1. i just download for C&C general and try to copy it. ahhh... fail. the enemy not making unit.
