Changes on previous build:
1. Germany would demand Slovenia.
2. Stops Italy from joining the war too early, hopefully.
3. Further increase in AI aggression.
4. Germany picks better leaders.
5. Fix on previous Barbarrosa conditions.
one of the most annoying thing in the mod, is Training Time for Units, literally take to long, i know its realistic but can you please lower or remove the penalty of Conscription Law, other than that good mod
I play as Germany and have 2 Million manpower (100 Divisions) using Extensive Conscription with decent penalty, while USSR have 400 Divisions, i don't think that is balance
The reason I made it is because countries like Hungary keep spam 100 divisions. While You get 5% more than original training time, the minors you invade are the same. This is also to keep consistent with the 5% increase with limited conscription. As for realism, your troop are trained slower as you drop your standard of recruitment: older, and less willing populations, instead of nice young men you get in limited conscription, or enthusiastic volunteers.

It is only 5% malus starting from limited conscription, it is fairly low.

Original: 10%+ training time.
My mod: 15%+ training time.
