Mod files rescued from Apolyton backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.
No author details in readme or on Ultimate Civ2 & Apolyton websites that hosted this scenario unfortunately. If you are the author or you know who is please contact Blake to fix this.

Original Description/Intro:
This is a space colonize and conquer scenario which lets you choose one of seven alien races:
^The Humans: The Humans have just discoverd FTL drives and colonized
^their solar system. In October 2399 six alien races entered Human
^teritory. They are divided into two alliances: "The Northern Sky" alliance,
^and "The Southern Sky" alliance.

^"The Southern Sky" alliance includes:
^The Volornians: A race of little green or grey aliens. There are rumors that
^the Volornians visited earth in the 20th century.
^PP#45 faction: A race of humanoid robots with a collective mind. They are
^ruthless.
^Argusians: A race of cyborgs. They are extremely effective at killing living
^organisms.

^"The Northern Sky" alliance:
^The Drologians: A race of fire-based organisms. They can incinerate anything
^by touching it.
^The Zelogs: A monarchy of dinosaur-like creatures. They are strong and honorable
^but a little, well...stupid.
^Kamichai: The oldest race in the galaxy. They have many genetically engineered
^monsters to fight for them.
