About:
A scenario set in a dark fantasy worlds known as the Shadowland by Shay Yates Roberts.

Mod files downloaded from Web Archive backups and repacked in 7zip by Blake. Successfully tested in Civ2 MGE. Also there was no Title.gif so Blake added one for fun.

Original Description/Intro:
These are desperate times. A thunderous fire has torn the sky,
raining burning chunks of poisonous metal over the once fertile Earth.
Crops dwindle and game grows scarce. A powerful new race, the
Cloud Kings, have descended from the mouth of the heavenly fire. They
claim to offer nirvana, but their cruel actions speak otherwise. They rule
from a towering fortress which is said to be impregnable. With the coming
of the Cloud Kings, the old world order has fallen to chaos. The Darkling,
once a proud and noble race, have descended into black magic and
debauchery. Tales of atrocities abound. As one of the five "civilized
races", your task is to best the evil Darkling and Cloud Kings, and lead
either the Egyptians, Celts, Babylonians, Vikings or Persians into a
glorious future. Victory can be achieved by being the first to reach a
new world, or by utterly destroying all rivals. You must lead has you
have never led. You must fight as you have never fought. For without
you, this Shadowland will fall entirely into darkness..
