RTX.conf file for RTX

This is the rtx.conf and other configuration files necessary to run The House of the Dead 2 with RTX Remix. Place it in the root directory where the Remix runtime is installed.

Additional installation instructions:

• dxwrapper
• In dxwrapper configuration file, set Dd7to9 = 1 or D3d8to9 = 1 depending on the games rendering api (Directx 7 or 8) respectively

Issues:

• Playable but with massive framedrops sometimes
