Reshade preset for Soldier of Fortune file

Put the file in the Soldier of Fortune folder, install reshade.
When the game starts enter reshade and select the preset.
For the lightning to work you need the shader Marty McFly RTGI 1.0 or above. It's this shader that works the magic.

Note: Marty McFly RTGI 1.0 or above shader is not free! I did not include the shader because it's not my property.
