(Installation)
First install the rebalanced mod file, and put it into the descent 3 directory. Then you must download the hogviwer, and table editor from Descent 3 sector. Afterwards use the hogviewer to extract the table.gam folder so that it will show up in the Descent 3 directory. Then access the table editor. Open the rebalence folder with it. Then use the save as command, and select the table.gam folder. So that it can overwritten by rebalance. When that is done the mod should function fully. links to D3 center below
