Realistic Driving EFLC 1.2 features completely new handling for all 170 vehicles in GTA4 and GTA EFLC. This mod works fine with all versions of GTA4 and GTA EFLC, including Steam versions.

There's a good asi mod that calms the cars down so you can at least play the game.

I think this is causing the drunk camera effect to kick in again :(
I'm using the best fixes for the game.
After using this mod it started up again.
I can't be 100% sure ,but i think so.
