Ranchet: Stars and the Moon 0.3.0 file

The update 0.3.0 has been released. Not all things are included, but will be added soon in the next update of 0.3.1.

Version 0.3.0 contains:
- New Balance changes
- A new Armor System
- A new Damage calculation System
- Mana System
- Three different Shrines to pick your own way you want to play(Press space as you stand on it)
- Armor Upgrade System
- and a lot of small Changes to the Game and bug fixes

Things that will be added in 0.3.1:
- A basic Tutorial
- Update to the skillpoint spend buttons
- small fixes to the Armor upgrade System
- Likely a Weapon upgrade system
- Likely a boss fight attempt
