ABOUT QQSI / WWTBAI
-----------------------------

In this modification (mod) for the videogame Severance: Blade of Darkness you will be able to create editions based on the television contest
of Who Wants to be a Millionaire? in which the contestants (characters from the original video game) must correctly answer 15 questions
and if they achieve it, they will achieve total immortality for the original video game.

You can also play with the trial edition that is included in this modification that includes questions related to the original game.

You prop they will be able to use 7 lifelines (Contestants, Change question, X2 ,50 %, Phone, Host, 3 of the contestants).

The lifelines "host" and "3 of the contestants" must be unlocked throughout the contest.

In this version this available alpha the modality of game contestant, in whom the player must select a
character (contestant) and take part in the program.

This modification includes Severance's Blade of Darkness official patch for windows
Superiors to xp

This mod to requires the original video-game Severance: Blade of Darkness to working.

This mod does not affect the original game, nor your saved games.
Still it is recommended to make a copy of the original video game

(folder Friendware \ Blade or Codemasters \ Severance folder) to avoid possible loss of saved games / game files.

Click into Autoinstall.exe

Extract all folders and files of Autoinstall.exe

Copy and reemplace all folders into (your unit)\Codemasters (or Friendware)\Severance
select Yes to reemplace files / folders.

Start the game, select in menu START QQSI / WWTBAI (alfa version) to start mod! fun!!

PROBLEMS AND SOLVES
-----------------------------

If the shades are activated in the game, the mod hangs, for this reason, these estan
deactivated by fault.
If shades are activated, it deactivates the shades and returns to load the mod.

When executing the mod, the video of the intro is deleted to avoid crashes
(when starting the original game the video is restored)

If on having executed the mod, the texts are not seen correctly it follows these
steps:

1-Go to (your unit)\Friendware (or Codemasters)\Blade (or Severance)\Maps\QQSI and
copy content to
qqsi.py.
2-Create new file, name qqsin.py (witch "n" in the end)
3-Paste content into new file qqsin.py
4-Edit file Cfg.py and added to end follow lines:
execfile("qqsin.py")
5-Start game and fun!

COMPATIBILITY
---------------------

This mod is compatible with Windows 98, Xp, Me, 7 and 8 operating systems.

QQSI / WWTBAI Mod includes the patch to run smoothly on these versions.

The execution of this mod has not been tested in other versions such as the English or foreign of this video game, so its correct
Functioning and / or compatibility is not guaranteed in these versions or it could be executed with more errors.

That is why it is recommended to run it with a version of the original Blade: The Edge of Darkness video game in Spanish.

For Windows 10 in some versions it gives problems and I have not found a solution yet.

It isn't know whether or not it will be compatible with possible remakes from this videogame

In options "qqsi/wwtbai" you can change:

1-The language (spanish or english).
2-Activate or deactivate opening.
3-Activate or deactivate move camera in some questions.
4-Activate / deactivate time in questions.
5-Set game mode (contestant and debug, in others versions choice other options).
6-Set demo mode quiz.
7-Enable or disable dialogs quiz. Between host and contestant and other dialogs.
8-Change the colors in which texts, dialogues, questions, etc. are displayed
9-Show or hide "scorer-show".
10-Show or hide question x/15
11-Show or hide "lfp".
12-Activate or deactivate explain rules in start quiz-show or starting directly whithout explain the rules.
13-Specify by which question the contest starts (0-15) 0 or 1 -> Question 1.
14-Set speed quiz (to choice Low or Fast)
15-Volume music and effects.
16-The type of music that will be heard during the contest (to choose between that of the Blade videogame, that of the original contest, or that of the uk 2007 version)
17-Change controls / keys.
18-Delete scores.
19-Delete contest (saved)
20-Reset default options

HOW TO PLAY
-----------------

By default, the original edition "OriginalQQSI" is started, which already includes 15 predefined questions related to the original video game.

To start click on the "Start" button in the initial menu of the modification and then select a contestant from 21 and a presenter from the 2 available.

Now press enter again and the contest will start

HOW TO CREATE EDITIONS
---------------------------------

You can create new editions for other players or your friends to play.

To create a new edition, click on the "Editions" button and then on "Create".
Choose a name for the edition and press ENTER.

Now you must fill in the statements with each option and choose the correct answer in each of them.

Press the Left or Right keys to move from one statement to another of the 15 maximums.

When you have filled in all the statements, press Finish to end the creation of that edition.

LOAD EDITIONS

To upload an edition go to "Editions" and then "Upload".

Press the Left or Right keys to move from one edition to another and press ENTER to load the desired edition.

DELETE EDITION(S)
------------------------

To delete the current edition or all the created ones, select "Editions" and then "Delete" and then "Delete all editions"
or "Delete current edition" and finally "Yes" to confirm.

Once you delete an edition or all of them, you will not be able to recover them.
You cannot delete the original edition that is included in the mod.

At the end of each phase (1 and 2) and end of question 14, a barrel will appear inside which there will be prizes as extra time for the call lifeline (more than 30 seconds), a new secret lifeline or a lifeline that had already been used

**************************************

This lifeline allows other contestants to be asked what they think is the correct option for the question. At the end of the voting, a% of people who have voted for that option is displayed. They may or may not have been right.

Double response lifeline (X2) (F2 key)

This lifeline allows you to give 2 options. If the first option is incorrect, the contestant can still continue with the contest, but on the 2nd opportunity, he must get it right or else the contest will end.

CONTESTANT'S LIFELINE (3 key)

This lifeline will initially be locked and should be unlocked in the contest.
from phase 2.

In this lifeline, the contestant may request the help of another contestant who is on the plate.
The contestant must select a contestant, so that he or she approaches the center and can tell him what he thinks the answer is.
The contestant may or may not decide whether to mark this or another option.

It can be combined with the other lifelines.

TO RETIRE (STAND)
------------------------

SAVE QUIZ

If you want to continue competing at another time and save your current state of the contest, just when you have answered a question press the F10 key to save the contest.

If you have saved the contest, when you run / restart it, you will automatically continue with the contest, current question and with the lifelines that you have used or not in the previous edition.

The contest will be saved until the contestant has finished competing, at that time, the contest will be deleted.
If you want to delete before, you have to go to "QQSI / WWTBAI Options" and select "Delete saved contest"

The mistakes will be corrected in later versions. The version alpha is unstable.

ACERCA DE QQSI / WWTBAI

En esta modificación (mod) para el videojuego Blade: The Edge of Darkness podras crear ediciones basadas en el concurso televisivo
de TV de Quien Quiere ser Millonario? en el que los concursantes (personajes del videojuego original) deberan de contestar correctamente a 15 preguntas
y de lograrlo conseguiran la inmortalidad total para el videojuego original.

Tambien puedes jugar con la edición de prueva que viene incluida en esta modificacón que incluye preguntas relacionadas con el juego original.

Ademas podran utilizar 7 comodines (Concursantes, x2, cambio de pregunta ,50%, llamada, presentador y 3 de los concursantes).

Los comodines "presentador" y "3 de los concursantes" deberan ser desbloqueados a lo largo del concurso.

Esta mod incluye el parche oficial de Blade para windows superiores a xp

Se requiere el juego original Blade the edge of darkness o Severance: Blade of Darkness para el uso de esta modificacion.

Esta mod no afecta al juego original, ni a tus partidas guardadas.
Aun asi se recomienda hacer una copia del videojuego original (carpeta Friendware\Blade ó Codemasters\Severance) para evitar posibles perdidas de partidas guardadas / ficheros del juego.

Para instalar QQSI / WWTBAI haz clic en Autoinstall.exe

Si tienes cualquier problema con la automatica, realizala la instalación manualmente

INSTALACION MANUAL

1-Extrae todo lo que haya dentro de Autoinstall.exe

2-Copia y reemplaza todas las carpetas dentro de (tu unidad)\Friendware (o Codemasters)\Blade\

Una vez finalizada la instalacion, ejecuta el juego normalmente, y en el menu haz click en INICIAR QQSI / WWTBAI
(version alfa) para activar la mod.

PROBLEMAS Y SOLUCIONES
---------------------------------

Si se activan las sombras en el juego, la mod se cuelga, por ello, estas estan desactivadas por defecto.
Si estan activadas, desactiva las sombras y vuelve a cargar la mod.

Al ejecutar la mod , el video de la intro esta borrado para evitar cuelgues
(al iniciar el juego original el video se reestablece)

Si al ejecutar la mod, los textos no se ven correctamente sigue estos pasos:

1-Ve a la carpeta (tu unidad)\Friendware (o Codemasters)\Blade\Maps\QQSI y haz una copia
del contenido del fichero qqsi.py.
2-Crea un nuevo fichero y llamalo qqsin.py (con "n" al final)
3-Pega el contenido que anteriormente copiastes dentro de qqsin.py
4-Edita el fichero Cfg.py y al final escribe
execfile("qqsin.py")
5-Ejecuta blade

Si al ejecutar Blade, obtienes un error inesperado, sigue estos pasos:

Borra la carpeta (tu unidad)\Friendware (o Codemasters)\Blade\Data\Video\ el video de la introduccion, ya que suele dar problemas

Si sigue teniendo problemas, contactame e intentare ayudarte!

COMPATIBILIDAD
-----------------------

Esta mod es compatible con los sistemas operativos Windows 98, Xp, Me, 7 y 8.

QQSI / WWTBAI Mod incluye el parche para ejecutarse sin problemas en dichas versiones.

No ha sido probada la ejecución de esta mod en otras versiones como la inglesa o extrangera de este videojuego , por lo que su correcto
funcionamiento y/o compatibilidad no esta asegurado en dichas versiones o podria ejecutarse con más errores.

Es por ello que se recomienda ejecutarlo con una versión del videojuego original Blade: The Edge of Darkness en español.

Para Windows 10 en algunas versiones da problemas y todavia no he encontrado una solución.

No se sabe si sera o no compatibles con posibles remakes.

OPCIONES

En opciones qqsi/wwtbai se puede cambiar:

1-El idioma (español e ingles).
2-Mostrar o no la introducción (secuencia de apertura del concurso).
3-Activar o desactivar el tiempo que hay entre preguntas.
4-Establecer el modo de juego (concursante / debug)
5-Activar / desactivar los diálogos entre las preguntas entre otros diálogos del concurso entre presentador y concursante
6-Cambiar los colores en los que se muestran los textos, diálogos, preguntas etc
7-Si mostrar o no el "scorer-show" (las puntuaciones que se van obteniendo en la parilla general que se van mostrando entre cada pregunta).
8-Mostrar o no la pregunta actual y las que quedan x/15 e items

9-Si mostrar u ocultar los lfp (en cada pregunta el recordatorio de por cuantos puntos de vida (lfp) se esta actualmente jugando).

10-Mostrar u ocultar los iconos de los comodines
11-Si se quiere que al iniciar el concurso se expliquen las normas de juego y como jugar o bien ya directamente empezar el concurso.
12-Especificar por que pregunta se inicia el concurso (0-15). 0/1 -> Pregunta 1
13-Cambiar la velocidad que transcurre el concurso y eventos (elegir entre Lento o Rapido)
14-El volumen de la música y los efectos.
15-El tipo de música que se oira durante el concurso (a elejir entre la del videojuego Blade, la del concurso original, o la de la versión uk 2007)
16-Modificar las teclas / controles.
17-Restablecer las opciones por defecto

VER RESULTADOS
-----------------------

Desde el menú de juego en "Ver resultados QQSI" se pueden visualizar el registro de las puntuaciones obtenidas
en concurso (previamente han tenido que ser registradas). (parar borrar en opciones)

COMO JUGAR
------------------

Por defecto se inicia la edición original "OriginalQQSI" que incluye ya predefinidas 15 preguntas relacionadas con el videojuego original.

Para iniciar haz clic en el boton "Iniciar" del menu inicial de la modificación y a continuación selecciona un concursante de 21 y un presentador de los 2 disponibles.

Pulsa ahora de nuevo enter y se iniciara el concurs

COMO CREAR EDICIONES
-------------------------------

Puedes crear ediciones nuevas para que los jueguen otros jugadores o tus amigos.

Para crear una nueva edición haz clic en el botón "Ediciones" y a continuación en "Crear".
Elije un nombre para la edición y presiona INTRO.

Ahora deberas rellenar los enunciados con cada opción y elejir la respuesta correcta en cada una de ellas.

Presiona las teclas Izquierda ó Derecha para pasar de un enunciado a otro de los 15 maximos.

Cuando hayas rellenado todos los enunciados, presiona Finalizar para finalizar la creación de esa edición.

CARGAR EDICIONES

Para cargar una edición ve a "Ediciones" y a continuación "Cargar".

Pulsa las teclas Izquierda ó Derecha para pasar de una edición a otra y presiona INTRO para cargar la edición deseada.

BORRAR EDICION(S)
------------------------

Para borrar la edición actual o bien todas las creadas , selecciona "Ediciones" y a continuación en "Eliminar" y posteriormente "Eliminar todas las ediciones"
ó "Eliminar edicion actual" y finalmente en "Si" para confirmar.

Una vez borrada una edición o todas no podras recuperarlas.
No puedes borrar la edición original que viene incluida en la mod.

Al finalizar cada fase (1 y 2) y al finalizar la pregunta 14, aparecera un barril en cuyo interior habra premios como tiempo extra para el comodin de la llamada (más de 30 segundos), un comodin nuevo secreto o un comodin que ya habia sido utilizado
se dará otro de nuevo y volverá a estar disponible.

MENU DE ESC
-----------------------

Al iniciar el concurso y durante el mismo, si se pulsa la tecla ESC, aparecerá el menu de Escape.
En dicho menu puedes acceder a las opciones del concurso, reiniciar o Salir de QQSI.

MENU DE FIN DE CONCURSO
-----------------------------------

Al finalizar el concurso, aparecera el menu de fin de juego.
Puedes reiniciar el concurso, registrar las puntuacion obtenida, salir, ver creditos, volver a concursar con el mismo concursante (perderas todo lo acumulado en ese concursante anteriormente) o seguir en el concurso con el proximo concursante.

COMODINES

Pulsa la tecla F12 mientras estas en una pregunta para acceder al menú de comodines.

Para cancelar el menú de comodines, vuelve a pulsar F12

Comodín de los concursantes (tecla F1)
************************************************

Este comodín permite plantear a los demas concursantes cual creen que es la opcion correcta a la pregunta. Al finalizar la votación, se muestra un % de personas que han votado esa opcion. Pueden o no haber acertado.

Comodín de la doble respuesta (X2) (tecla F2)
*********************************************************

Este comodín permite dar 2 opciones. Si la primera opción es incorrecta, aun puede seguir con el concurso el concursante, pero en la 2 oportunidad, deberá acertar o de lo contrario el concurso finalizara.

Mientras se esta usando este comodín, no se puede usar el comodín del x2 ni el de cambio de pregunta.

Comodín del cambio de pregunta (tecla F3)
***********************************************

Este comodín permite cambiar la pregunta a otra de diferente.
Se puede combinar con los demás comodines.

Comodín del 50% (tecla F4)
*******************************

Se eliminaran 2 opciones incorrectas. Dejando una que será la opción correcta y otra la incorrecta.

Mientras se esta usando este comodín, no se puede usar el comodín del X2

Comodín de la llamada telefónica (tecla F5)
******************************************************

Una vez pulsado F5, pulsa entre F6, F7 y F8 para llamar a x persona.

Este comodín permite llamar a alguien de entre 3 personajes disponibles.
Durante 30 segundos, el personaje de la llamada intentara dar una respuesta
pero si pasados esos segundos no lo ha dicho, se finalizara la llamada.

Se puede combinar con los demás comodines.

Comodin del presentador (tecla F9)
*******************************************

Este comodin inicialmente estara bloqueado y debera desbloquearse en el concurso
a partir de la 2 fase.

Este comodin permite al presentador decir cuala cree que es la respuesta correcta.
Casi siempre acierta, pero casi, no siempre.

El concursante puede decidir o no la respuesta que ha dicho el presentador.
Se puede combinar con los demas comodines.

Comodin del concursante (tecla 3)
*******************************************

Este comodin inicialmente estara bloqueado y debera desbloquearse en el concurso
a partir de la 2 fase.

En este comodin, el concursante podra solicitar de ayuda de otro concursante que esta en plato.
El concursante debera seleccionar a un concursante, para que se acerque al centro y pueda decirle cual cree que es la respuesta.
El concursante puede o no decidir si marcar esa u otra opcion.

Se puede combinar con los demas comodines.

PLANTARSE
---------------

Pulsa la tecla F11 mientras estas en una pregunta para plantarte y llevarte lo acumulado.

Una vez solicitado plantarse, aparecerán los puntos lfp por los que obtendrías si te plantaras, y los comodines que están aun disponibles y los que no.

Para confirmar que quieres plantarte, pulsa la tecla S, o en caso contrario N para seguir con el concurso

No puedes plantarte en las preguntas que no tienen riesgo, como son la 1 , la 6 y la 11.

Una vez plantado el concurso finalizara y te llevaras lo anterior de la pregunta actual que hayas ganado.

GUARDAR CONCURSO
-----------------------------

Si deseas seguir en otro momento concursando y guardar tu estado actual del concurso, justo cuando hayas acertado una pregunta pulsa la tecla F10 para guardar el concurso.

Si has guardado el concurso, cuando vuelvas a ejecutar / reiniciar el mismo, seguirás automáticamente con el concurso, pregunta actual y con los comodines que hayas usado o no en la edición anterior.

El concurso estara guardado hasta que el concursante no haya finalizado de concursar, en ese momento, el concurso se borrara.
Si se desea borrar antes, hay que ir a "Opciones de QQSI / WWTBAI" y seleccionar "Borrar concurso guardado"

La respuesta correcta a la pregunta del concurso, la numero 13 no era la correcta. Se soluciona con esta revision.

verse los resultados de las votaciones mas tiempo. Ahora es posible ver en cada pregunta por que lfp se puede jugar.
Versión 1.0 (alfa) -----> Solucionados bugs que permitian poder utilizar comodines mas de una vez entre otros bugs.
Version 1.1 (alfa) -----> Solucionados varios bugs. Añadidos sonidos de aplausos. Mejoras en el grafismo. Corregidas algunas traducciones y errores en los textos. El enunciado de alguna de las preguntas era incorrecto, asi como algunas opciones no estaban traducidas.

Version 1.1c (alfa) -----> Solucionados varios bugs. Añadidos más sonidos reales del concurso. Posibilidad de registrar la puntuación obtenida y de visualizarla directamente desde el menu de juego. Mejoras en algunos aspectos y se ha mejorado el modo de depuración / debug para llevar a cabo el desarrollo.

Algunos errores (bugs) pueden ocurrir durante la ejecución del programa.
Los errores se iran corrigiendo en versiones posteriores. La version alfa es inestable.
Se recomienda esta atento a la web de moddb en la seccio de Blade, para ver y descargar siempre
las ultimas versiones de esta modificacion.

Blade TV Studios es una empresa fictica encargada de realizar la adaptación de los concursos de T.V adaptados a este videojuego.

Juego originalmente distribuido por Friendware.

Esta mod ha sido creada modificando ciertos ficheros en lenguaje de programacion Python y añadiendo texturas nuevas al videojuego (por: Mbk).
