This is a Beta Version of Pax Americana. I hope you enjoy it, please provide feedback, your opinion and any criticism to help with development. If you would like to help with the mod either with contributing or joining the Dev team send me a PM and we can sort things out.
This will be the last patch before 1.0, in which the focus of the mod will switch to Europe.
Prior to installing if you have a older version of Pax Americana go to your documents/paradox interactive/hearts of iron III/pax americana folder.
Delete the Graphics,Logs and Map folder.
To Install the mod:
1) Extract the ZIP to you HOI3/tfh/mod/ folder
2) Run the Hearts Of Iron 3 launcher, check mark Pax Americana and launch the game
Note: This mod and many HOI3 mods do not work on MAC unless ran on a VM running Windows.
If you don't have Podcat's TFH.exe, please download it here Drive.google.com It's a modifier hoi3_tfh.exe that allows the game to use more RAM. The mod won't run without it as it exceeds the ~2GB limit of the vanilla EXE. Just replace the old hoi3_tfh.exe, it wont cause any issues with the vanilla game or other mods.
New to Pax Americana?
-The Philippines is missing from the map. The provinces are "non-existent."
-While fixing this issus i also realized that in the menu (save game, volume, video settings and etc) almost everything was white font on a white background
So it was impossibile to read anything. Thats been fixed.
-Mountain Infantry aren't unlocked by the 'Mountain Infantry' tech and existing OOB ones lack any tech.
-AFV Infrared' and 'Adaptive Camo' tech need mechanized and armoured battalions added to them.
-the 'GPS' tech is completely missing from the 'Electronics' tab making certain tech that requires that one unavailable.
-Airborne Artillery and Commando units, which numerous countries have attached to their paratroopers, cause CTD if you try to move them into a separate unit to delete them. Easily avoidable if you just move the paratroopers themselves but those two units lack any tech and counter as well.
-Separating Infantry Mortars has caused CTD as well.
-Numerous countries have an issue when opening the military commander select screen. The bottom part of the screen (unassign, no leader, etc buttons) is covered up by the leader list.
-If brigades are going to have multiple battalions in them (which I love and support), the unit viewer should be extended so you don't have to scroll all the time to see them. I believe the DWI mod does this if you need to get an idea how to do it.
-The map in general has some shadow issue with the Americas over-layed across Europe and Africa.
-Albania and croatia added to nato
-Montenegro and Kosovo no longer part of Serbia
-Fixed a lot of minor bugs i was to lazy to write down
-Iran will finally stop allying people and getting involved with ISIS
-Saudi Arabia will now go to war With Houthi rebels, i blocked the border with them so the AI has to use ships to transport troops in Yemen.
-Began work on Gulf Co-Operation Council, not sure where im headed with this but it adds some flavor.

-ISIS joined nato once in like 20 games... Fixed they will no longer join.

-If Al Raqwah was captured ISIS would surrender, this would lead to the Syrian Rebels annexing half of Iraq & Syria if they got lucky. Fixed i hope.
