Patch for MergeRedone V2.0 file

This patch fixes more bugs that the original merge had. You do not have to start a new game with this patch. The "Shadow Mask, Lady's Escort, and the Majestic Chain Mail and others" will now apear in the game.

installation:
Place the following files in the Data folder: mm7.icons.lod, mmmerge.T.lod, and Tables. Place the AnkhQuest.lua file into the Scripts\Global. Overwrite the old AnkhQuest.lua. The old one had a bug in it. You do not have to start a new game.
