Does anyone know what Pak file, i need to change the colour of a nation?.
For Example:
England is Red, when playing the game, And i want to change it to the Zeta colour, which is Dark Brown.

When trying to extract files, I get the error message "file not found". Doesn't matter if it's a specific file or all, same error message.
Anyone run into this problem and found a way round it?
