It includes:
Chainsaw Massacre - Chainsaws with unlimited ammo.
Hard Eight - 8 Specials at a time in Survival.
Room For One - Carry the Gnome to safety in Versus.
First Man Out - Game ends as soon as one player dies.
Four Swordsmen - Become the 4 muskeeters and fight the SI with only a katana!
Iron Man - Don't mess up or it'll cost you big!
Headshot! - DBD style play.
Last Man on Earth - You are a lone survivor against the SI.
Healthpackalypse! - No medkits/Pills in Versus.
Ultra Realism - Contains everything from realism mode and it removes hud elements (except for the chat menu, ammo display & crosshair). Makes maps darker.
It also includes some custom gamemodes!
Realism Scavenge - Realism on Scavenge.
Coop Versus - Play normal Campaign with the twist of playable zombies.
Madness Mode - You won't make it out alive!
Darkness Falls - Takes ultra realism mode and adds a much darker atmosphere, also adds more pills/defibs, as well as instant kill witches.

From what I read, coop versus is the exact same thing as regular versus. Is there any difference? Otherwise, nice!

This is broken in every way possible.
It crashes on map startup.
mutations are just a stupid way of saying "changed console variables". Boycotting was not so bad after all. However, I was one of the people who like Valve and left 4 dead 2 and so bought it.
