Dead link has been gone for a long while don't know what your all whining about...try the filefront mirror.
Does anyone know how to use aurstrikes or actually just give all of the controls.
well, for an airstrike u'll need to get a radio from a dead friend or enemy, then use the binocular and press "E". For the large healthpack press "H" or press "j" for a small one. Press "v" to toggle between firebombs and smoke grenades.

For any future confused people you gotta add the relevant keybind lines from the extra_buttons.cfg config file to your player folder config.cfg file.
