For some reason I can't see descriptions for techs and focuses. It says only "Placeholder". Is it a bug or is it because you guys left them blank. If you need descriptions I can try to write some for you.
delete all the mod files and download the new version again.
I did, they are still empty.
play vanilla hoi iv if you see some bugs and stuff the only way is to re-install the game or to see that you put it in the right folder and dont mess,also turn off other mods.
There are no bugs in the vanilla, it works perfectly fine. I thought it could be together for victory messing things up but it doesn't seem so. I have no other mods and I am sure I installed right as I tried downloading and installing mod three times. Also I have just realized few of the tech descriptions do show up, I didn't notice them because they were too early techs. Perhaps it is just because I am totally out of luck :'( Still thank you for trying to help!
Put in mod file seperately the mpeg file and the mod it self.
so you shall have 2 files in (c/proggram files/heartsofironiv/mod) the mod itself (millenium dawn) and the mpeg file (also called millenium dawn)
There is no problem without solution,also if that wont help try to re-install game it might be some minor (small) bug,also try other mods if other mods have no problem the mod itself might have and finding it and reporting migh help other people like you and me!
There is a bug with Kosovo, or Serbia. Everytime i click on Kosovo (in 2000 or 20016) game crashes, at first it was Kosovo but now game crashes at loading screen. I'm not sure if this is just for these countries or for all... But it crashes whenever i try to open diplomacy screen or country screen.
If somebody else has this problem, don't overwrite files, delete old version and paste new one, that should fix most crashes.
